Hey im new and need help
Hi I'm new to this. I need help with my car. I have a manual, 5 speed, 1997 Honda civic. Its not V-tec. I want to do an engine swap. Keep in mind I am just an amateur enthusiast I love cars but don't know ****. all i did was a basic front end conversion to an e.l. I guess what I'm asking is what should i upgrade my engine to? How can i do it? And anything else I should know?
I want to change my cluster in my 97 civic to a 2003 is it possible?

To save you some headache, I'll let you know now. If you ask a question without first searching, you're gonna get flamed.

There is tons and tons of info on swaps. They even have books to teach you step by step.
Its actually very easy. Dont be fooled. You can do a something along the lines of a b18b and trans. Get the obd2 ecu that matches the ls engine. Get the axles and motor mounts for your chassis and youre there. If yoh want a obd1 engine, then get a obd1 b18a or b or any engine of your choice and buy the jumper harnesses.
