Bouncy idle on start up ( only if I press the gas )
I have a 89 ef obd1 with a b18, its not just swapped have had it in for about a year now its had it share of problems but all of those are fixed.. no CEL's. Anyways on cold start up ( this started happening about 3 weeks after I cleaned the IACV and then I bleeded the cooling system ) if I press the gas at all or drive away like while its cold then idle will bounce 1200-1800 over and over until the car warms up then it idles at around 650 which I know is a little low but my idle adjustment screw does not work ( working on getting another tb ). If I let the car warm up cold the idle will be perfect not bouncy or anything as long as I dont touch the gas pedal... Any ideas on it?
New dizzy, New wires from acura. like once it goes to 1800 it will drop to 1000 then go right back up to 1800 so its like continuous...

I had an issue like that before, it was due to throttle cable binding since I stuck with the original DPFI throttle cable initially. We had to loop it around because it was so long. It worked like that but every once in a while it would do the idle lump/hunt thing. Even if you swapped throttle cables already it may be as simple as adjusting the throttle cable and hitting the throttle plate pivot with some WD40.
