Default Fuel Pressure Regulator.....

what are your settings on your aftermarket fuel pressure regulators?? what did you have it stock and what did you put it to, and what mods do you have for u to run what u got....... how has it affected your Q/M time????

the fuel pressure regulator isn't gonna give you hp, it will just make sure none is lost and that you don't run lean.
I believe factory is about 40-43 psi.

Nah factory is lower than that. I think factory fuel pressure on a CRX Si (for example) is around 34-38 psi. I like to bump up the pressure a psi or so for every mod I add on.

so i should add another 5 psi??? i have headers, intake, internal head work, and thats about it.......... i know ur gonna tell me to get a a/f gauge, but thats gonna be like a month before i get that.......

The thing that I would recommend doing is getting some time in at the dragstrip. Remember, setting too rich can slow you down in the top end. My brother found this out the hard way. Make a pass, bump it up, play with it. Then set it again after another pass. Don't trust the butt dyno, because your own expectations often cloud the judgement.
