help?
my car is having problems with hesitation when i first start to accelerate. I know i also need a new ecu. Could my ecu be causing my car to hesitate?
ps it doesn't happen all the time, happens about once aweek. I also have a code 9 on my cel, but it was fixed.

Have you checked the basics? Fuel, Air, Spark?
Does the engine ping or misfire at part throttle/cruise? Might be EGR passages are clogged if the car has over 100Kmiles, well worth checking and cleaning.
