What size/type of tire would look best.
I'm whippin a civic hatch si around and am in need of some tires. I got 195/50/r15 on some 15x8 red xxr wheels. There's not a ton of stretch. I only want to spend about $90 a tire and want em to look fly! I'm thinking some 195/45/r15 or maybe 185 for the stretch idk. Answer me with some suggestions.

On a wheel that size, 205-50R15 is the only size you should be looking at. Tires don't exist to "look fly", they exist to keep your car safely planted on the road. Within your budget, you should be looking at Dunlop Direzza DZ101's, Nitto NeoGen VR's, or Yokohama S.drive's.

^I agree with "NotARacist." I also understand the flush look or stance nonsense is the in thing right now so I'd just say that looks are subjective and this isn't much of a technical question. You do seem to understand how the tire size works so really you should be able to pick a size that suits your needs.

These, you can't go wrong.
The aluminum rims will grip better than anything you've had before, especially with those slicks, mmmm baby you'll be gripping the pavement for days.

but no seriously, use some sense.
