88 Si, z6 using Si harness. I'm getting 12v at the clips and have fuel at the rail with adequate pressure. Also I get 12v with the key on at the ECU harness at the injector terminals. Ive also tried a second ECU to no avail. Ive triple checked my distributor wiring and its all correct, my next step was to try another distributor, even though I've done the tests in the helms and they all pass.

Any further suggestions?

 

1988-1991 injectors are a peak and hold which require a resistor box. 1992-2000 civic injectors are saturated which do not use a resistor box. If you have a resistor box with z6 injectors it needs to be deleted. Read the link below for more information.

Definitely isn't the ECU.... hoping to try a friends distributor tomorrow .

 

Main relay

 

So you are running z6 injectors, no resistor box correct? How are you finding that the injectors are not pulsing, a noid light? Do you have spark?

 

I'm assuming that since the fuel pump primes that the main relay isn't the issue.

Z6 injectors, getting 12v, so no resistor box... I'm finding a lot of threads on the topic, so a different distributor is my next route

 

Was a crossed wire in conversion harness!
