I have been having a problem with my 2000 Accord V6 stalling for over year. It has 135,000 miles. It only happens when the car is warm after I have driven home from work (about 40 minutes) and outside temperature is in the 50s. I stop the car for approximately 10-20 minutes and when I start it the car starts for a few seconds, sputters and stalls. I can only get the engine going by overrevving it for about 30 seconds. Then I can drive the car but if I make another stop I have the same issue with the car stalling. This happens almost everytime I stop the car but not when the outside temperature is above 60. This never happens with a cold start. My mechanic hasn't been able to diagose this.
