Default 1999 civic Si Canadian Model

I have the 99 Civic si, and a 93 civic si.


the 93 has disc brakes on the rear, the 1999 does not..


would it be easy to swap them ?

Neither have ABS

You'd probably have better luck in the 92-00 Civic forum. You should also search, as I can guarantee you that you're not the first one to ask this question.

Haha. How does moving this thread to the 90-02 Accord forum help with anything?

the 1999-2000 civic si should come with rear disc brakes. If it has drum system on the rear then it has been replaced.

The Canadian 99-00 Si is the equivalent of the 99-00 EX. Rear disc brakes weren't standard on the 99-00 EX.

Still genuinely curious about this. The Accord is quite different from the Civic.
