Default Start and die between certain outside temps?

have a 2000 EX auto with 149k. usually in the mornings when the outside temp is between 15F and 25F my crv will crank right over, rev up to around 2,000 rpm like normal for a cold start, and then just die. cranks right back over and stays running after that. i do have a password jdm intake on it and was curious if that might be the issue. runs fine once started and starts right up when the temp is lower than 15F. any ideas? not a huge issue but would kind of like to get it fixed

Check all the engine ground points, then check the fuel pump relay. Sometimes when it is so cold old relays can seize up and not activate. The relays in my keyless entry unity do the same thing where they wont work if it is below a certain temperature outside.
