i'm rebuilding my CRX and doing a LS/vtec swap into it, so i might as well go all out lol

I've never seen it. If you want to do it, just remove the rear muffler and put a 90 with a twin tip out the bumper. There is no performance to be had, but I don't think center exhaust is really performance oriented at all. It's all cosmetic. Unless you have a rear mounted motor in which case it could have something to do with the exit location.
