eBay? Aftermarket suspension forks aren't a common thing to my knowledge. Just find a brand you like a buy them from a dealer on eBay. As far as spring, everyone makes springs. Stock ride height springs are easy to find. Same thing, just pick a brand you like.
yeah the forks are definately not something ive been able to come across, thats why i asked
the springs are also a little tricky, any search with "crx" and "springs" in it always brings up tons of aftermarket lowering springs lol
I want a close to stock spring, but i want it to be a little lower than stock if possible so i was wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction

Just buy OEM springs from an online distributor such as majestic honda. That or go with a 1" drop spring. Coilovers are good if you are going for ride/performance out of this at all.
There definetely are lowering suspension forks, I believe only one company made them, shouldnt be to hard to find with a quick search (which I dont have time to do myself for you)
I believe it was only one company, but they were reasonably priced

suspension techniques makes "drop forks".
yes the stock Ef and DA integra forks are the same.
try Eibach prokits. was just the perfect drop (to me).
edit:
why are you interested in drop forks and springs that dont lower much? the two together dont make sense....

Buy Tein lowering springs. They offer a a slight drop with very similar spring rates to oem springs. I've rode in a few cars that have them installed and they ride so smooth.
