Default Second gen. B16a with B16b pistons

I'm rebuilding my Jdm b16a. I heard that, if you run b16b pistons it will bump up the compression.

?'s
Will they fit? Do i need to worry about valve clearance?

they do very well in b16a builds
no issues with valve clearance either , we run them with Skunk 2 Pro 1 Cams
but you have to machine the b16a rods to fit the pistons.
