As the topic title says, my 98 Accord's right high beam wouldn't illuminate. It isn't the issue of the bulb; it isn't the issue of the fuse (seemingly there's only one 20A fuse per headlight, not per bulb).

So I guess it is either
- the connector
- the wiring

Any ideas on debugging this?
