Default Time and cost to replace all motor mounts?

Hey guys,

I have an '07 Civic EX, 2-door, manual, 51k miles.
I just got a quote to get all four motor mounts replaced at a total of $1,300, including genuine parts. About $550 of this is labour.
Another place quoted $950 but I don't know how much the labour is there. Obviously I'd be going for the lower price.
Is this a fair price? I personally don't know much about cars but my boyfriend would be ok.
It seems really high to me so I'm just wondering if I have room to negotiate on the price.
It seems I do need all four replaced so I don't want to get just one or two done now and the others done again.

I'm in Vegas if it makes a difference.

Thanks.

Full blown retail for your parts is $700-800.

Not knowing for sure but, a decent guess on flag hours for labor would be around 6 hours. Times $80-100/hr and you can do the math from there. They seem to be fair estimates.

Make sure you get proof they used OEM parts. Usually asking to see their receipt with their prices blacked out works as you already know their going to charge you 2-2.5 times what they paid.
