I need help. I have a stock 2008 Civic 4dr Ex. I have a friend who just purchased a 2013 Accord sport. He has the factory wheels and tires for sale and I would like to buy them, if they will fit my car. They are 235/45/18 on an 18x8J 55 wheel. My wheels are 205/55/16 on a 16x6 1/2J 45. I put them on the front of my car today and I have maybe a hair between the tire and the shock/strut housing. The driver side actually slightly rubbed the shock mount in one spot, very minor. What are your thoughts? Does the shock/strut housing move up and down? Do I need a spacer on the hub, I have no idea. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you
