00 dx hatch gsr swap no start
I dont really know how to search for this issue and i have stumped a few people with this. I have a 00 civic Dx hatch with a obd2 gsr swap, running on a stock obd1 p72 ecu, since the swap in june its ran strong, but i plugged in my obd2 p2t ecu for inspection and to see what i would need to pass and came up with three codes, two of which i was aware of o2 sensor, air intake temp sensor and iacv, well today i replaced the iacv and found its an obd1, i ordered the right part and installed it, ran perfect no leaks and started right up, after roughly 10 minutes it just shut off out of nowhere. i found i wasnt getting spark, changed the ignitor in the distributor still nothing, then tried a p28 just to make sure i didnt fry my ecu, nothing, then found out my fuel pumps not priming, i am thinking its my main relay but not too sure. Anyone have any ideas where to start? i dont want to just throw money at it till i figure it out, rather get it right the first time and wonder if anyone has came up with the same issue.
Have you tried reinstalling your stock obd1 P72 ?
I doubt its the main relay.... double check all you wires on your chassis harness that plugs into the ecu/ecu adapter.... possibly pulled wires loose, and look for wires with nicked insulation....
First place to look is were you were working !

i did try the p72 again, it was running for 15 minutes with it perfectly and then just shut off im going back over everything tomorrow but i just need some idea on what i could be that would kill both spark and fuel
Bad relay, your pump not prime but you get spark!!! (but worth check it physically for crack or cold solders)
Try to put a friend Dizzy, maybe your CKP,TDC or CYP are going bad.(rather than the ECU the dizzy is the other culprit for spark cut after start). Sometimes not even throw a CEL.
Check all your grounds.
