Default 2000 Honda CRV Keeps Blowing F/I Fuse

Hey I am in need of some serious help because i am totally stumped. I have a 2000 honda Crv and a few weeks ago while driving my car just died and would not start. Well after getting it home I figured out that my fuel pump was not turning on. So I realized the F/I fuse under the hood was blown. I replaced it but as soon as you turn the key it blows the fuse immediately.
So to make a long story in the pursuit of trying to fix this problem.
I have tried:
Replacing the fuel pump
4 different main relays
2 different ECU.
I have been able to narrow the problem down to the (C) connector on the ECU. Because when that connector is not connected to the ECU the fuse will not blow and the pump will kick on an prime the system like normal. So it is only when that connector is connected that it will blow that fuse. I have even tried looking at a wiring diagram and I cant seem to find what would go to the (C) connector that would be causing the short and making that circuit blow.

Please help I am totally lost on what else it could be.

Try unplugging your o2 sensors. Ek's have a wire chaffing issue that involves o2 sensors. Could be the same thing

That's not a fix by any means, but it will help pinpoint the issue.

Remove the pgmfi main relay. Does it still blow? It's to the right side of the glove box behind it.

It's one of 2 things, your main relay is shorting internally, or the white/black wire is shorted to ground between the underhood fuse box, and main relay.

Missed the part saying you tried multiple relays, my guess is the white/black wire is shorted to ground somewhere

Considering the main relay is connected to the A plug and he said the problem is in the C plug, I'm gonna go ahead and ASSume that's not the issue.

As I thought more, try unplugging the speed sensor, then plug in the C plug. That's more likely the issue rather than o2. There is a known wire chaffing problem in ek's and I'm willing to bet the crv harness is almost identical.

If either of those suggestions were right we would have some sort of DTC. Does the vehicle have a engine light?

He said the car died, it didn't have time to see a problem

Looking at the schematics fuse 44 (15amp) in the under hood fuse box has nothing to do with connector C. Only ECM connectors A and B are part of this circuit. I think the OP is wrong about something.

No that is for sure the plug that was causing my issue. I think maybe it has something to do with my crank position sensor. Because I believe it runs through that connector. Is that the wire that runs down by the alternator belt?

Are you sure it's the F/I fuse? #44 15amp fuse?!? Connector C has nothing to do with it!

Alright I am going to try and unplug the speed sensor and see if that changes anything. One question is does anybody no of any issues of this happening when they get the car wet. Because this problem seems to only arise after the car has gotten wet. The first time going through a car wash the second time driving through a large puddle and the car died both times

First time it happened yes the floor was a little wet from the car wash because it leaks water from the heater which I know is a common problem on the first gen Crv the second time it happened the floor I don't think was wet because I just drove through a puddle. I did however try a different ecu because I thought maybe that was the issue but still no luck. So I was thinking its something that is getting wet and shorting out. Because after the first time the car started up after a few weeks which I am guessing was enough time for the issue to dry out. I just got no idea what it could be and I really don't want to take it to the stealership if I don't have to especially if it's some small stupid issue I can fix myself
