Default 96 Civic EX Rear Drum to Disk conversion

I'm looking to replace the rear drums on my civic with some disk brakes, would I be able to use any OEM rear breaks from similar models? Or possible even the front disks off a different 96 Civic? Any information would be greatly appreciated!

Slightly off the main topic, but what name brands should I be looking at for something like braided brake lines and a new master cylinder (should I want to go that far) I see A LOT of different names and prices and not really sure what's just a rip off and what's legit

I would look into new lower control arms or buying new bushings ahead of time because they will spin and tear when removing them...

Looks like it's time to hit eBay and get some teggy trailing arms. I'll sell you a pair if you want some.
