Default 94 accord head gasket

hey everybody this is my first time posting new to the forums. i finally got a honda again its a 94 accord ex f22b1 vtec. the car can sit at idle for hours and not overheat. temp guage actually never shows that it overheats can be faulty, but it does read and goes lower when fans kick on. as soon as i romp on it real quick or drive it for extented period of time it pushes coolant out the rad cap which i replaced. drives very well tho compression is 195 180 170 and #4 is 180 not bad for 137k. oil does NOT mix with coolant. seems to be a tricky one i was going to change HG for the hell of it but why fix if it aint broke. any suggestions would help. i fixed a coolant leak at the little 2inch hose that runs to the t-stat maybe air in system idk nymore.
