Default STOCK BLOCK H22

SO IM LOOKING TO BUILDING A H22 STOCK BLOCK WITH A HEAD PACKAGE WONDERING WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST CAMS TO GO WITH ? I WAS THINKING SKUNK2 PRO 2s ?

You will run into clearance issues with pro2's on a stock block. Pro 1's are what skunk2 recommends. There are lots of people who have used pro2's though.

how so?

friend of mine is selling Pro2 cams with springs and retainers (missing spring base seats) for really cheap if you are interested. the springs came from my race car which had under 20 passes. the retainers had 3 passes.

H series records are as follows:

fastest street all motor H is me michael cody 10.41 @ 130 mph

fastest stock block is jay west 11.1 @119 mph i believe

YO! Blake whats up?....Hey we had good hp with the Blox B cams, but needs upgrade springs because of the lift. They have a very stock idle but the vtec hits hard. Good luck with the build.

Yep DOUBLE, Blade can help you with some good cam specs and head tricks. He's fast..hope to be that fast soon.

here at PR i know a few that have stock block h22 with pro2, s300, upgraded valve train and proper bolt ons, they made around 240whp, some a bit more
