Anything is possible! With some modification and fabrication I`m sure someone could get it to fit. However, if you could get it to bolt up, it would be a side exit header. Considering the F22C is a longitudinally mounted engine, where as the F22B is a transversely mounted engine.
So if your question is will it bolt up directly and fit without mods, the short answer is No.
