d15b2 fresh rebuild no start
My brother has an 88ef hatch with a d15b2, it ran great for a while, then developed an oil leak that he didn't notice, ran low and blew the motor.
for some reason decided to rebuild rather then just swap a good motor in.
Anyway, motor is freshly rebuilt, ground up. Timing and all that is spot on, been quadruple checked. Its getting air, its getting spark, but no fuel. Rail has pressure, but injectors wont fire.
Checked and replaced main relay with new unit. Replaced fuel pump (told him not to but he did anyway). So now at the moment we are stumped. Need some ideas on where to go with this, its been down for about two weeks now for the rebuild and he needs it back up soon for work.
any info is greatly appreciated.

How do you know you have no fuel.
Check injectors with multimeter. I think it's like 11-13 ohms.
Then with a voltmeter check if the injector wire clips are getting power while cranking.
Are the spark wires in the correct order

Probably because i said the motor is not getting fuel, injectors have already been confirmed not firing. Distributor and wires are in correct order, dizzy was 180 out to start with but that has all been checked over now and is correct.
At this point in time I am 100% sure that timing, spark, etc are not an issue.
