So heres the deal, i just got a 93 civic hatch with B18 swap and GSR trans. Changed oil/filter 5 qts valvoline 10w-30 conventional (later realized its too much and drained to "full " line), new fuel filter (civic filter), new spectre air filter, and ngk vpower plugs. Car now wont rev past 3k, like its limited. Did some research its a common issue, limp right? but whats that mean? ended up draining some oil, swapping plugs back to old ngks, and taped up/temp repair on some crappy wiring from last owner i guess. So now shes runnin good... for now. Any suggestions?? IACV? -havent checked. TPS? -clean good to go. Plugs/wires? -good. Dist? - havent checked. just it seems like it could be anything? whats my next step to ensure its all good...

Du you gap the new plugs to specs or the same as the old ones at least?

Any CEL light.
