Ecu compatibility

I just purchased an ecu 37820-PRB-A15. Will this work in my 2002 RSX Type-S?

You will need to have a dealership program the Immobilizer for you

So even though the ecu is from an 06 rsx type-s, it will work in my 2002 type s?

Crap sorry read that to fast. No it will not fit. They are different everything. You need an 02-04 to fit your harness.
