Ok, I have a 2001 integra. Sometimes when I start the car it starts of weak. It has a hard time turning over.

Can this be that my spark plugs need to be replaced, or is it bad gasoline?

I checked the battery and it is fine.

if your plugs havn't been changed in a long time, a change should fix it,

ditto goes for bad wires, rotor, cap or anything else in the starting system.
