1990 accord ex
Vehicle stalls when decelerating. It is a 5 speed, starts, idles and accelerates fine. Code came up as EGR system problem. Changed EGR valve, cleaned all ports on intake and still the same problem. ANY advice would be greatly appreciated!!!
This can be a bad oxygen sensor. They won't normally throw a code. Is it still throwing the egr code ?
If you pick up an oxygen sensor make sure to get a Denso and not Bosch. rockauto.com is the best, price-wise

hello, I'm new here. I recently bought a 90 accord from a private seller. I've been driving the car for the past 6 months and have had no problems other than the code 41 kept popping up, but I've fixed that. anyhow, I was driving on the freeway and all of a sudden my car started to stutter when I tried to accelerate. I made it home and the car stutters when idle. I popped off the intake and there was one of those "turbonator" fan things inside there with a missing fan blade. Now, I believe that the blade may have been sucked into my intake manifold. I looked down in the manifold but couldn't see anything. Does anybody have any suggestions on what I can do? Is my car F***ed?? this sucks so bad.....I hope my car is ok.....
