random mis/mis on all cyl 99 dx bone stock w/360,xxx KM's


around this time last year I had these 2 codes but last time it was due to burnt valves replaced valves everything was good. Now this time they're back and compression is 210,213,210,211 so that's ruled out, it seems to only do it at idle more then aynthing the car also seems a little down on power(that my just be me used to my moms tsx) I'm leaning towards distributer cap. problem with the distributer is well 2 bolts are broken and I can't get the damn cap off to see lol. any other suggestions welcome it's eating up my gas mpg !


what I've done:
new NGK plugs
compression test
scanned codes just these 2 show up.

what I still need to check:
mech timing/ign timing(doubt it's ign timing)
cap+rotor
spark plug wires.

 

bump, not going to throw parts at it.
