y5 intake on d15b7/z6

ok so i have a b7/z6 mini me with a d15b7 intake mani, i know it will bolt up but will all the stuff (iacv, fitv, tps, ect) bolt up of my d15b7 mani?

Cold air intake? Or intake manifold? Need more info. Is the Y5 from an auto or 5 speed? Does it have an IACV on the back?
