Default Radio wires and question about radio

Hi Im new here but have been lurking for a couple of years and actually found a question that i could not find the answer to, maybe im typing in the wrong keywords idk but here I am.

First question is simple, what model and year did this stock radio come out of? What male radio harness should i use to get it to work in my 95 civic and what is the 2ed plug, im assuming its for the cd changer.

Next question, what is this little green plug for? At first i thought maybe it went with the radio but I am not too sure. It plugs into the white piece.

first answer the tape player is from a 98-00 Honda passport, the rectangular port is for the cd change harness the wider rectangular port is your radio harness, not exactly sure how to get it to work but i would assume all Honda 92-00 share the same male harness so it should be a plug in play for your car (don't know why you haven't tried it) or if you did and it didn't work then your only option is a male passport radio harness.

second answer the green plug that plug into the white clip is for your rear Defrost button.
