Default ls vtec

so recently spun a rod bearing in my b16 I have a b18a1 motor but I don't have a dizzy or intake manifold for it so I was thinking throwing the b16 head on the b18 block with a gsr base map and setting my rev limit to 7200 rpm because i know the b18 cant handle high revs with stock rod bolts would that be reliable enough to drive till I got some money to rebuild it right since im broke right now but need my car

If you do not replace the rod bolts keep the stock LS Redline and you should be okay, with gsr base map it will look for secondaries in the intake manifold.

According to the compression calculator ur at around 9.89.1 - 10.0.1

Mayb the stock gsr fuel maps will work temporary to run ur motor, but U need to diable the iab sensor so it won't look for it on the ecu. If u have a wideband it would help a lot to see how ur motor is running during wot.
