Default I bought someone else's project

90 CRX wB18A1 crank no start, new main relay new fuel filter start just fine w pyroil new plugs dizzy looks good getting spark to all cylinders new TPS

It's cranking but not starting. Check the distributor plug wiring since it is a swapped motor. Could be wrong. Are you getting fuel? There could be a wiring issue. I suggest you check it all.

check your basics.....spark and fuel...then work from there

He said it's cranking and he has spark. That means it's probably a fuel issue. I would still bet it is the 2 white wires on the distributor being backwards. What trim level was the CRX originally? Was it DPFI or MPFI?

The fuel pump works fine separated from the car so I changed the main relay I have spark across all cylinders and a new fuel filter

What type of injectors are you using? Do they not require the resistor pack, but you still have it?

Idk what harness it has and I think the injectors are stock LS teggy

if it doesn't have the HF engine harness, it will not work - look at the round 8-wire connector on the engine harness at the driver's side firewall connector - it should have wire colors and locations like the picture below - if not, it is not the HF harness

It ran for a few days then one day it just stopped responding to throttle and refusing to idle I replaced the TPS calibated it and it ran just fine again then the same thing happened later that went back got a second new tps recalibrated it and now I'm here

Have you done a compression test?

By anychance did you accidentaly mix up the map sensor connector with the tps connector? Theyre identicl and close to each other

It start with pyroil and I'm pretty sure I plugged in the tps cable and I haven't run compression test and timing belt is in tact
