Default FD2 part numbers

Hello all,
I am looking to see if anyone out there can get me the Honda part numbers for;
Left and right side struts,
Left and right hand hubs and backing plates,
Left and right hand rotors, and
Left and right hand calipers.

As you can see, I want to do a suspension swap onto my FA5 to allow Brembo calipers without using a hodge-podge of Honda family parts. The FD2 and the FA5 should be very similar, but I am not sure if the type R rotors and calipers will work on my stock Si suspension parts.

Any help?

The FD2 suspension is a little different and that is why the brembo brake kit will not fit... don't waste your money on doing that conversion just do the DC5R brembo kit instead its plug and play nearly minus cutting a dust shield!

If not you can always do a tsx caliper and rotor upgrade which is a setup from the Si's setup!

DaveSi677, Thanks for the info. I will look for some DC5 calipers. I hear they are like hen's teeth, so this could be fun.

Did you get yours through a Honda dealer, or did you trust the interwebs for your set?!!!

I have friends in Japan, maybe they can get me a pair of them.

I'm looking right now for a set... you need to make sure that the boots are in good condition or you will need a rebuild kit which could be a little more costly.

I have found a few sets and I will probably get them within the next week or so. I'll post up some important information you will need to know to order the parts that you will need such as brake pads and discs so you don't have to break your head looking for them!

Many thanks, my H-T friend. I was going to purchase a set of OE Honda S2000 rotors, and use some Nissan G35 pads... that was what my research led me to believe is the proper set up...and I will source a set of 15mm spacers..

If I knew how to load pics, I'd put them up. The pair came almost new, and have a set of fresh Brembo pads to boot!!

Thanks, some poor Civic Type R gave its life for me to have those calipers. I will definitely use them well, but not abuse them.
