Sorry if this topic was given..but I need help with my engine bay seam sealer...I started sanding the paint and I use home depot primer after that I use rustoleum gloss white paint from home depot and left it for 2 days..my paint is dry to the touch but the area where the seam sealer is are tacky.so I need help to avoid this while I'm redoing it..my car is a 1998 honda civic..

Plus what kind of paint am I suppose to use for seam sealer..
And what are the best choice of seam sealer I should use out there
