Check that the unit is receiving the radio signal from the modules located in the roof ,

I think he is saying make sure that the antenna is connected?

Do you get any from the other inputs? (CD, USB, etc)

I have the wiring and a converter box to integrate into the factory amp.

Also is the radio new or used? My brother ran a pioneer unit for about a year and it just stopped working. Still lit up and you could do everything normal, just no sound, sometimes electronics are fickle.

what kind of wiring harness adapter did you buy?
Most bose audio systems will not work with just a normal harness...
most likely the internal bose amp will have to be bypassed...
if it is not the correct harness the adaptation will not succeed and you will need to bypass the amp.... that is most likely why there is no sound.

It's because you don'thave power going to the amp. Check the brown wire I believe it is. I had the same issue twice
