Cam question?
Im boosting and I need opinions towards my options. I originally planned to buy the bisi L1.2 regrind but then I thought should I get the pro springs too? So for the same price I can get the L2 or L2.3 with the pro springs. My question is how will these affect my turbo setup. For example is the 2.3 cam strictly for nitrous builds? Would affect me long term?

Man I'm tired of these questions..... What level cam should I get and what kind of reliability and power will I get with my build?
There are litteraly 100's of written documents on what a camshaft is and how they work. Including what profiles work best with each engine setup.
A stock cam will work for a boosted application if you are looking for reliability in a stock bottom end daily driver. Considering that you haven't even mentioned what your setup is. How is anyone supposed to be able to tell you what cam profile will work best without that info?

Thanks to the other guys for taking time out to post a legitimate opinion.

OMG!!!! Is this or is this not Honda Tech??? If so then obviously you will see some of the same questions Mr. almighty Ghost Accord! How many questions did you ask before you got to where you are? More than plenty of I'm sure so when you saw "Cam Question" you should have kept scrolling if that's how you were going to respond. Also I asked nothing about reliability but just which combination would be suitable with my build. Oh my build in a nut shell = forged rods and piston bored 1mm over (86mm oh and it's an f motor sohc), A6 head (cam to be determined thanks for your help), h23 intake mani, t3/4 turbo, and 450cc injectors. C'mon man I hate when I get on here and see on people's post that someone is sick of hearing a question. Either help the enthusiast out or go about your way. I had a lot of respect for you until I read your post but who cares I'm just another nobody. Thanks for the support Ghost! I guess I'll take this question to Bisi!

I'm sorry you feel that way and I wish you the best of luck with your build.... Bisimoto Engineering will be more than happy to take your money! Or you could choose to educate yourself and make an informed decision!
Sorry you aren't a mind reader but at least we have something in common. I have googled and googled and even saw where YOU (Ghost) gave a simple comment on someones post...
"Bisi designs & specs the cams then Web grinds them for him.
There are quite a few guys running Delta 272's. They have been run successfully for more than a few years now.
The best cam for your F22B2 is the one that suits what you are going to be using the car for. If your thinking turbo don't bother buying a N/A cam now. That would be a waste of time and $$$. Buy your turbo cam and wait until you get your turbo kit complete and have all of the parts for your build. That way your ready to tune everything all at once."
Simple *** answer! Since when do people educate themselves by not asking questions? I mean I can google all day long but why not use H-T for what its worth? Maybe I should have asked this question on my build thread so that way all the info would have been right there so excuse me for leaving that out. But hey if I leave with anything at least I have learned not to ask simple *** questions. But really if you even google anything close to what Im asking you pretty much find nothing. I'd rather find more specific information to the Head Im using and my cam options rather than search in general how cams affect "xyz" with whatever setup and throw my money away. But I will definitely put a little more effort into my search.
