Working on a 91 CRX 1.6. Someone else did engine rebuild and assembly.
Came to me running on 2 cylinders. 1 and 2 have spark, 3 and 4 do not.
Have injector pulse on all 4.
Replaced distributor, still same problem. Any help would be great.

 

I don't know if the 91 CRX was DPFI or MPFI. If it was converted to MPFI it could be as easy as a couple missing wires.

 

If it's an original 1.6, it's an Si. Either way, it sounds like plug wires. If those are good, do a compression check. If that's good, do a full tune up, plugs, wires, filters, etc.
