I have a 96 Civic CX Hatchback. The heater fan has sounded pretty bad for quite a while now but has always worked in all speed selections. This morning I started the car and the fan came on (I left it on yesterday). I turned the fan off to wait for the car to warm up. 5 minutes down the road, I tried turning the fan on but it will not turn on at any speed selection. I guess I need to determine if it is the switch or the fan. Is there a common issue with these that might point me in the right direction to fix this? Any advice is welcome.
