Default VTI head or sir/gsr integra head

have a integra type r bottom end and everything to build it, I also have a full b16a2 with a type r inlet. im wondering weather i should buy a sir integra head of a friend or just use my VTI head and buy ITR cams, springs and retainers and also get the head skimmed? heard the sir teg has a restrictive inlet but what are the main differences in the head?

By inlet are you referring to the intake? If you have a full type r swap no point in touching it.
