Default b18b vs p75 valve size

hey, i have been searching this but didnt found anything
im wanting to buy a head for my all motor setup but i need the one with bigger valves but i dont know if all ls head has same valve sizes, does the b18b obd2 flows better than the obd1 one? should i pick a p8r head?
i have a p75-9 head on my b20b but i dont want to use it
whats the best head i should buy for my ls allmotor??

the p8r is the only head with the bigger valves. all p75 heads use the same valve size.

why not go vtec?

PR4 & P75 head are nonvtec heads but the intake casting shap is slightly different. Both heads share same intake/exhaust valves. Some say P75 is slightly better than PR4 head due intake port shape.

P8R head is the head which is more sought out after due to having much larger INTAKE valves. The intake valves are the same size as Bvtec intake valves.


There is a P8R thread on here with great info. Search and you'll find it.
BTW I do have a ported P8R head for sale. Not used since freshly ported, cleaned & valve job. PM me if your interested.

Should def use a P8R on an "NA" B20 build! 33mm Intake valves vs 31mm!!!
