Ideas on amount of power?
I have a quick question. any ideas on what kind of power I would make off this setup? I would also like other ideas on this build if it seems more efficient BUT NO LSV swap comments I WILL NOT build a lsv....onto my idea for the build. hoping for close to 200 anything over is a bonus.
(always been told lsv is a bad engine to build and the engine will fail...unless things have changed that's my reason)
HEAD:
brian cower stage 3 all motor cams
brian cower valve springs and retainers
brian cower valves
toda adjustable cam gears
gates racing Kevlar timing belt
new head gasket
arp head studs
3 angle valve job
port and polish
edelbrock victor x intake manifold
BLOCK:
acl race bearings
arp main studs
weisco forged 12.4:1 pistons
stock b18a1 rods
polished b18a1 crank
ati street super damper crank pulley
skunk2 alpha series stainless header(or have a custom one made.)
FUEL SYSTEM:
grams 550cc injectors
aem high volume fuel rail
aem high volume fuel filter
walbro 255 gph fuel pump
IGNITION:
aem cdi twin fire capacitive discharge amplifier box
aem cdi pencil ignition coils
aem epm optical position module

Lose the intake manifold. Get a performer X. That ignition won't benefit you or this build. Stock is fine. Save your money.
Whoever told you a LSV is a bad setup should be shot. A LSV w/ B16 pistons and ITR cams will run on this motor and be just as reliable.

read the rules of this section. there is no possibly way to guestimate your power output with the variances seen on a dyno and the conditions which could be set at the time.
build it, tune it (dyno), race it, break it. repeat.
