Brake swap. Ran into a snag. 99 dx hatch
I have all the parts I thought I needed to swap my brakes to full on gsr brakes. I go to do the front 1st. All went super smooth since it was all new, UNTIL I go to hook up the front brake hoses. They don't fit properly. The bend in the connection is going 90* the wrong direction and hitting the caliper.
******Has anyone heard or experienced that you need to also change the front brake hoses when going to integra calipers?
I did some searching between models and the ex and si models have a straight end connection and the gsr brake hoses bend properly but the dx hoses bend 90* the wrong way.

What I'm asking is has anyone else had this problem because no where in any write up do I see a mention of having to swap front brake hoses on the car.
You might try swapping the hose sides. I thought of that after I bought a replacement hose when I put EX fronts on mine.
Yes you need to change the hoses. I've done that swap before. You'll also need the rear flex lines when going from drums to discs, they're completely different.

I've decided to get stoptech SS brake line kit for all 4 corners. I'll be returning the other ones I bought.
