FS: 1997 Acura 1.6EL
Canadian re-badged Civic with a lot of premium features.
This thread has a nice overview of the model differences:

140k miles (225k km), automatic trans, 1.6L VTEC engine, alloy wheels, black exterior, black interior/black leather seats, power locks, windows and side mirrors, cruise control, A/C, 6 disc CD/tape deck, sunroof, anti-theft. Has some dings and a bit of rust (hey, it's from Canada!), one of the headlights has that fogging issue, and there's a small tear in the front driver's seat. Tires are ~1 year old.
$2500 OBO
Brought this car with me from Canada for work, now looking to avoid driving it back there. The car was formally imported, registered and safety-inspected in California, but retains the (clean) Canadian title, California registration is not transferable so you would have to apply to the DMV to re-register it. Easily passed smog test. Or maybe just cut her up into parts so that she lives on in your Civics
Apparently this is a pretty rare model for SoCal, have only seen one other on the streets. Have had some second looks from people who know Hondas, even got one offer to buy while driving down the I-10 in Riverside! If only I got his contact info...so now I'm here. I'm hoping someone who appreciates the car will buy it! Don't make me donate her to NPR!!!

Some info on making the nontransferable registration transferable:
https://www.dmv.ca.gov/pubs/brochures/howto/htvr15.htm
Needs the out-of-state title (which I have). I'll see if that applies to out-of-country titles....
