AMH Stamp on B16: Anyone know what it means?

I got this 2000 B16A2 about a month ago. Noticed a stamp on the block. Just curious if anyone might know what it is. I've never seen it before. Could it be from a rebuild or something?

rebuild comany or engine importer.

hmotors stamps their engines HMO on the block and head.
