Icon3 Strange Cold Start Issue

Okay guy I've got a 2006 Civic Si, in the morning when i start it up it idles high bout 1800 which is normal however, it recently has started making this strangle metallic pop almost like aluminum breaking then it starts missing BAD. I've narrowed it down to something in the valve cover cause it makes this clicking noise then what sounds like liquid moving around then a pop then it starts missing its very strange. It only does this on cold starts after its been sitting for a long time like 6-7+ hours and only if its cold out. The strangest part though is if you turn it off in the middle of all this then back on its fine. I just dont understand. I was able to get a datalog of this using my flashpro and its flooding itself out. MAP sensor is telling the ECU to just dump in fuel which the O2 sensor is catching and trying to adjust for. S.Trim goes all the way to -31% however it doesnt do much since it stays very rich. Can anyone please explain whats going on here? I just dont get it. Metallic pop then miss fire. I've never seen anything like it before.
