HI guys, Like tittle says I have a whistle sound recently and found the lower portion of the radiator support rubbing against one of the chiller end thanks.

I'm going to get it welded or make me a Christmas present (new big one).

The question is how do you prevent this to happen again? I was thinking in use the tape for the radiators one side glue and the other foam.

any advise or opinion will be appreciate.

 

Make a better bracket that positions the intercooler away from things that would rub it?

 

Better bracket. Add another bracket on the bottom of the radiator.

 

yes I have bottom mounts before, but I removed it to put the bumper bolts in the stock holes.

I'm going to made a new ones.
