Default 1985 Accord engine swap questions

Hey, I recently bought an 85 Accord which turns out to not be the sweet deal I thought it was. Long story short, I have one very weak cylinder and the tranny just went out do to what appears to be no oil. The car itself is in really nice shape considering it's age and where it's spent it's life. So here are my questions: Which engine/trannys will simply drop in and bolt up without any significant modifications? Also: I read that year the engine and tranny were integrated, does that mean if i find a "used engine from an 84 Accord" I can assume I'm getting everything I need? Finally: Am I better off just rebuilding everything? And by that I mean, final cost, time investment, reliability, etc...

Naturally aspirated, 5 speed manual.

Thank you for taking the time to read my post, I appreciate any constructive input. I really would not like to see this thing end up in a scrap yard but also am working with a pretty limited budget and above average mechanical skills.
