ok so i have gone around different auto shops asking about a distributor rotor screw length and size, no one seems to know the exact size of the screw. i twas going to replace my rotor and when taking off the rotor i noticed the screw was missing so i had to pry it off..

 

30135-P73-004 that's the part number

go to the dealership.....

 

Or take a screw off at the junkyard and pocket it

 

I believe if you enter to any Honda store online with the number given by B_swapped, there's the measure of the bolt. Then buy a Allen hex bolt with washer and put a little of 242. Lots of problems when this little M@#@ going out.
