I have a 94 integra RS with a lot of electrical problems 1st my parking' gauge and tail lights are all stuck on 2nd I have a 12 volt constant to my window circuit as well I can literally shut off the car remove the key and still operate windows! This is giving me a huge headache I removed ALL of the fuses one by one to see if something was going on there under the dash... Nothing ...but when I pulled the 15a under hood fuse to the Ecu FI/em fuse everything turns off Praying to the electrical gods to bail me out lol
