Thinking about swapping my f22b with a h22a? Thoughts?

 

Great Idea, just remember that it takes a lot of time and patience for this swap. You can get a decently Priced H22a1 VTEC *factory Prelude Motor* for very cheap. I'd also look into the H23 Blue top motor which came into the SiR Honda Accord from Japan.

HMO or hmotorsonline is probably the most reputable import engine suppliers used by members on this and other Honda sites. Reliable engines at reasonable prices for the condition.

As far as the swap goes, check the FAQ there is some information on the swap.

 

i was thinking h22 but its only 50 more hp and a drop in gas mileage not to mention the potential problems of having a non factory engine

but on the other hand u cant get a 4 cyl with more than 200hp unless its turbocharged so thats the cream of the crop LOL
