No you will need to modify the harness to make it work with your MPFI motor. I would suggest working with your current harness and soldering and shrink taping to make it last longer.

Yeah, straighten up the hack job if at all possible. That's probably best.

Either do like they said and tidy up the harness you have, or find a harness from a 90 EX sedan and convert it yourself to work. You should be able to use your existing harness as a guide and also for parts.
